Requests made within 14 calendar days of purchase can be reviewed for a refund. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. If Paddle checkout is active, Paddle may handle the refund transaction as Merchant of Record or authorized reseller.

You do not need to prove that you achieved a fitness, weight, pain, sleep, or other health outcome. Contact Support with the purchase details needed to locate the transaction. Do not send unnecessary health information.
After a refund
Access may end when a refund is issued. Refund abuse, fraud, or repeated misuse may be rejected, but mandatory consumer rights always override or add to this policy.
