TERMS OF SERVICE
Evelyn Terms of Service
These draft terms describe the current Evelyn digital wellness product in plain language. They are not legal advice and do not remove any rights that consumer law gives you.
Effective date: October 9, 2026
1. The service
Evelyn is a self-guided educational wellness and movement program. A purchaser receives access to a 30-Day Restart for personal, non-commercial use. The program includes movement sessions, easier options, walking, mobility, supported balance where indicated, progress prompts, and recovery guidance.
2. Wellness information, not medical care
Evelyn does not diagnose disease, provide medical treatment, or replace advice from a doctor, physiotherapist, or other qualified professional. It does not guarantee weight loss, pain relief, better sleep, more energy, fall prevention, or any other health outcome. Use your own judgment and follow professional restrictions you have been given.
Stop when a session presents a stop signal such as new or increasing pain, pinching, loss of balance, dizziness, near-fainting, new palpitations, or unusual breathlessness. Seek appropriate help when symptoms are urgent or when Evelyn indicates that self-guided exercise may not be a good fit.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for providing information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge, using stable equipment and a suitable environment, and choosing not to continue when an activity is not appropriate for you. Do not use loose objects, unstable furniture, glass weights, or unsafe band anchors.
4. Payment and Paddle
The current MVP displays a planned one-time price of $9.99 USD for 30-day access. It is not a subscription, has no auto-renewal, and has no recurring monthly charge.
When Paddle checkout is enabled, Paddle may act as Merchant of Record or authorized reseller and may handle transaction processing, receipts and invoices, applicable taxes, and billing/refund transaction handling. Evelyn does not handle your card details. Paddle checkout is not represented as live until it is actually enabled on the site.
5. Refunds
Our current policy is a 14-day money-back guarantee. Read the Refund Policy for the request process and limits. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.
6. Access and accounts
Access is for the purchaser and must not be shared, resold, copied, or used to provide a service to other people. Account and enrollment features will be enabled through the production app when authentication is live. We may suspend access for fraud, abuse, unlawful use, or a security risk.
7. Intellectual property and acceptable use
The Evelyn name, program structure, written content, illustrations, and media are owned or licensed by Evelyn. You may use the service for your personal Restart. You may not reproduce, scrape, resell, publicly redistribute, or create a competing product from the content.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available, but digital services can have maintenance, outages, and changes. We may make reasonable changes to improve safety, clarity, accessibility, or delivery. We will not describe an unavailable payment or account feature as live.
9. Liability and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by law, Evelyn is not responsible for losses caused by misuse, failure to follow safety guidance, inaccurate information, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be limited in your place of residence.
10. Contact
For questions, billing, or refunds, use the Support page. Please do not send detailed health information by email.
